Hellstens is a civil engineering company specializing in outdoor environments, groundworks, and maintenance. We are now looking for an experienced groundskeeper who wants to become part of our team.

We are looking for someone with experience in practical outdoor work and expertise in new planting, outdoor maintenance, and snow removal. The work is varied and can include everything from planting, pruning, and weeding to mowing, leaf collection, green space maintenance, snow removal, and other ongoing maintenance tasks for our clients.

This role is suitable for someone who is meticulous, self-motivated, and enjoys working outdoors year-round. You have an eye for plants, order, and the overall impression, and you thrive in delivering well-maintained environments with high quality.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in gardening or green space maintenance
• Experience with new planting
• Experience with outdoor maintenance and practical outdoor work
• Experience in snow removal is an advantage
• Good knowledge of plants is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
