Job Description – Press Operator

About the Role

As a Press Operator, you will become an important part of our production. You will work both operationally and developmentally with our presses, contributing to ensuring high quality and efficient production.

Responsibilities

The role includes among other things:

• Programming and setting up hot presses
• Setting up and adjusting press equipment
• Supplying material to automatic presses
• Monitoring and operating presses
• Participating in the development of production solutions and optimizing cycle times
• Contributing to prototype development and testing prior to series production
• Performing daily maintenance of machines
• Conducting quality control checks

• Has a technical interest and experience with press work or similar production
• Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Thrives working both independently and in a team
• Has the desire to develop and contribute to improvements in production
