We at WeStaff Sweden are currently seeking operators for a 2-shift system in Northern Stockholm for a world-leading technology company. In this role, you combine advanced technology with micro-scale craftsmanship and contribute to creating products used worldwide.

The Role

As an operator, you will become a central part of the manufacturing process for high-tech products. You will work with CNC polishing machines, fine-tuning, and product measurement. The work takes place in a clean, modern, and precision-driven production environment where the focus is on quality, accuracy, and collaboration.

Working Hours: Full-time, 2-shift system (approx. 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00)

Start Date: Immediately

Location: Northern Stockholm

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC polishing machines
• Monitor CNC equipment
• Measure and inspect the quality of produced materials
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes and routines
• Collaborate with colleagues in production and technical teams

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, technically interested, and enjoys structured work. You thrive with responsibility, enjoy working independently but also value contributing to a team. You have a natural eye for detail and quality, and are driven to do a job really well, every time.

We would like you to have:

• Experience as a machine operator/technician in fine mechanical production
• Knowledge in optics or measurement technology
• Ability to read drawings and technical instructions
• Interest in contributing to continuous improvements in production

Meritorious – extra plus if you have:

• Experience working in cleanrooms or high-tech environments
• Previous experience with polishing or CNC machines
• Experience working in cleanrooms
• Technical education or relevant professional experience in production
• Experience with measuring instruments and inspection equipment
