About the role

As a CNC Technician with leadership responsibilities, you are in charge of the sheet metal department and lead a small team. You ensure that production runs efficiently, maintains high quality, and that the right priorities are set in daily operations. You work closely with the Production Manager and become a key part of production development, focusing on structure, efficiency, and improved workflows.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience with CNC-related sheet metal processing
• Experience from production work in manufacturing industry
• Ability to lead and distribute work within the production team
• Good understanding of sheet metal processing and manufacturing processes
• Experience working in a production-oriented role
• A responsible work approach and experience leading people in daily work
