Mondiala Productions is now looking for a Set Designer/Costume Designer/Intimacy Coordinator.

We are a small and newly established production company where everyone currently wears many hats. A so-called “startup”. It should be noted that we are taking on a very large project in 2026, which is to create an epic medieval/fantasy series in the style of Game of Thrones called “The True Spirit Within”. We have been working on this for several years before we established the company.

We are now looking for someone who is passionate about medieval/fantasy and is skilled at creating with their hands but is also eager to learn more about TV/Film production.

We are based in Gothenburg, so you either need to already live here or be willing to relocate.

It is a great advantage if you have a life puzzle where you can control a lot of your time, as our startup company requires a lot of time but has limited resources, so the company cannot afford to pay out any large salaries before we have sold our first season.

Our employees will also be able to become co-owners of this newly started company after the first year if everything feels good and goes as it should.

We want to describe this adventure as “high risk”, “high reward”, but it is truly what dreams are made of.

We are open to different solutions regarding the employment form; right now, the focus is on finding the right person where the chemistry fits and who has the right attitude towards it all, where we feel it will be a real win/win.

The job involves both creating parts of our sets by, for example, cutting out shapes from foam and painting, as well as designing and sewing costumes and choreographing intimate scenes on set, among other things. A mix of tasks that are usually done by different people in a production, but where we hope to find a person who can solve all of these tasks with help from the rest of the team, of course.

We do not expect you to have all the prerequisites on day one, but we see a more likely scenario where you will learn much of what you need to know along the way.
