Service Advisor / Mechanic for Customer Reception – Immediate Start

We are looking for a service-oriented and driven mechanic / service advisor for the customer reception at our auto workshop. Immediate employment. You must have good knowledge of cars. You speak and write Swedish fluently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and schedule customers for service and repairs.
- Administer and schedule jobs for mechanics, collect payment from customers, and order spare parts.
- Assist in the workshop when needed (changing lamps, wiper blades, service, etc.).
We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service. We want you to be a person who is passionate about working with people and providing service.
You are comfortable reaching out to new people and thrive in a flexible work environment.
You are a customer receptionist, receptionist, or mechanic. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday.
