What are my responsibilities?
As a technician with us in Växjö, you will have a varied daily routine where you work with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of technical fiber and communication equipment for customers. The role involves both indoor and outdoor work, and working at heights is a natural part of the job. Examples of tasks include:

• troubleshooting and fault resolution
• installation and replacement of equipment at customer sites
• configuration, measurement, and functional testing
• commissioning and ensuring functional connections
• maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment at heights

You will be based in Växjö and work closely with colleagues, production planners, and customers. You will report your work continuously via phone or computer and become an important part of making daily operations run smoothly for our customers. The position is security-classified.

We are looking for you who have a technical interest and thrive in a practical and varied role out in the field. You do not need to be a fully qualified mast technician, but you need to be comfortable working at heights and motivated by a daily routine where tasks vary. To succeed in the role, you need:

• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Category B driver's license
• good computer skills
• upper secondary education or equivalent experience
• experience in similar work is meritorious
• experience with mast work and/or mast certificates is highly meritorious

Additional information

• The position is a permanent full-time role starting with a 6-month probation period.
• Employment is based on a approved background check (including, among other things, control of legal disputes and financial status) and approved security clearance.
