Floor Sander/Floor Installer – Practical and Motivated

Previous experience is desired
We are looking for a practical and hardworking person who wants to work with floor sanding and flooring installation. You do not need to know everything from the start, but you must be motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn the trade on the job.
You need to be able to communicate in Swedish or Spanish. The most important thing is that you can understand instructions and have the desire to develop both in your work and in the language.
The work consists of, among other things:
- sanding floors
- installing floors
- carrying and handling work materials
- lifting and transporting heavy machinery, sometimes up to four floors
- assisting with various types of flooring jobs at customer sites
We are looking for someone who:
- has good physical fitness
- can handle heavy lifting and physical labor
- is reliable, punctual, and responsible
- can work practically and with attention to detail
- speaks Swedish or Spanish
- has a driver's license
- can start immediately
