Job Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator, you play a vital role in daily production, ensuring that the workflow in the production line runs smoothly. Your main tasks include managing the startup, monitoring, and shutdown of machines, as well as ensuring that the correct materials are available throughout the process. You ensure that the machines operate optimally and troubleshoot minor disruptions and faults. Additionally, you perform ongoing quality controls according to established procedures, contributing to order, structure, and a safe working environment. Forklift operation is also part of the role. Working hours are primarily during the day but may involve a two-shift system.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for a Machine Operator with a technical interest and good mechanical skills. Previous industrial experience and prior work in similar roles, particularly within the manufacturing industry, are considered advantageous. We value quality, precision, and structure in work, and it is important that you can take initiative and collaborate well within a team. A valid forklift license is a requirement for this position. You are self-motivated and enjoy working at a fast pace. You are detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and are humble in your work. You are motivated by helping out where needed and are not afraid to try new tasks.
