About the role

As a scaffolder with us, you have one of the most important jobs on the construction site. You create a safe and stable working environment for other trades, such as painters, masons, and roofers. The work is physically challenging, varied, and always carried out in a team.

Main responsibilities

• Assembly and disassembly of various types of construction scaffolding (e.g., frame and modular scaffolding).
• Construction of weather protection and temporary structures to shield building projects from wind and rain.
• Loading, unloading, and transport of scaffolding materials to and from job sites.
• On-site safety checks and risk assessments to ensure all scaffolding meets current laws and requirements.
• Reading technical drawings to assemble scaffolding according to specifications and calculations.

We are looking for someone who has

• Professional certification or training in scaffolding (knowledge of scaffolding over 9 meters is an advantage).
• Good physical condition, as heavy lifting and working at heights are a natural part of the daily routine.
• Category B driver's license (Category C or BE license is a big plus).
• Fluency in Swedish or English to effectively communicate about site safety.
• A strong safety mindset and the ability to work meticulously, even under time pressure.
