About the role of Terminal Worker: We are expanding our team this summer, right in the heart of our operations – production. In our terminals, packages arrive daily to be sorted and delivered to our customers, as well as packages that need to be transshipped and sent to other cities.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Ensuring that operations run smoothly during daytime and evening hours without interruptions.
• Carefully ensuring that goods enter and exit the terminal according to the schedule.
• This is a full-time position between weeks 29–35 (July 13 to August 30), with shifts varying between 06:00–24:00 according to the roster, seven days a week.
• Through collective agreements, we ensure fair terms for all parties involved, promote a positive work environment, and invest in our employees' well-being. This is an important step for Instabee towards creating a more equitable and pleasant workplace.

• You have experience within warehousing or logistics.
• You are a strong team player who enjoys collaboration.
• You enjoy working physically.
• You are proficient in both Swedish and English, in speaking and writing.
