🚗 Do you want to lead a team while also working hands-on in car care? We are looking for a Team Leader who wants to grow with us at Zivi. You will lead your team on-site while also actively participating in the daily car care operations.

• Lead and support your team in their work
• Work hands-on with washing and cleaning cars
• Ensure high quality for our customers
• Communicate with the Operations Manager/COO and plan workflows
• Create a positive work environment where everyone thrives

• Has leadership experience or wants to develop in this direction
• Is responsible, clear, and a good communicator
• Wants to work both as a leader and in operations
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) (mandatory)
• Can speak and write Swedish or English

• Work hours vary – primarily weekdays, but also some evenings and weekends
