ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of a runner, you will work closely with the service staff in both our lounge and bistro, with the goal of providing every guest with a truly great experience. Your tasks include keeping surfaces clean and well-organized, clearing and setting tables, restocking supplies, and handling dish clearing. The role also involves delivering food from the kitchen to the guests.

You are an essential part of the guest experience and are available where needed – whether supporting the service team or quickly resolving situations that arise during operations. The pace can be fast, especially during evenings and weekends, which requires you to be stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented. This position is for extra work, primarily during evenings and weekends.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are a positive and energetic person who thrives in a social and fast-paced environment. You have an eye for detail, take initiative, and enjoy working in a team. We prefer candidates with previous experience in the restaurant industry, particularly in à la carte settings, but your attitude and willingness to learn are the most important factors. You speak and understand both Swedish and English, and additional languages are an asset.
