Shift work with problem-solving and a strong focus on quality and safety
As a machine operator, you will handle all tasks within your area of responsibility – from preparation and setting up the next production run to execution and follow-up. Together with your team, you ensure that production runs as planned and that quality is maintained at every step. You enjoy adjusting and fine-tuning when necessary, as well as tackling problems that need quick solutions. Safety is our number one priority and permeates everything we do.

The work will be conducted in a 5-shift system, which means varied working hours including days, nights, and weekends.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and setup of machinery and equipment
  • Operation monitoring
  • Quality assurance work
  • Material handling
  • Collaboration with other shifts and support departments such as production technology, quality, and project departments

Curious, engaged, and meticulous
To thrive with us, you should be curious, engaged, and interested in developing according to set goals. The job requires you, as a machine operator, to have the ability to follow given instructions and document completed work according to established routines. Structure and meticulousness characterize your work, while discipline and the ability to adapt align with your traits. A large part of the tasks are manual, requiring you to be technically skilled and precise. To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable handling changes with short notice and enjoy working both in a team and independently.

In addition to the above, you should have the following experience:

  • Technical background at high school level or higher education
  • Several years of experience working in the industry
  • Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English
  • You must be comfortable working at heights.
  • You must feel safe working in elevator environments.
