About the assignment

A family in Örebro with 3 children, aged 6 years and two children aged 3-4 years. The family seeks help on occasional occasions per month, for date nights or similar. There is a dog and a cat in the home. Age 20+ is a merit.

Since babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, e.g., studies or a part-time job, and to ensure a long-term relationship, we want you to have a reasonable commute time to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, therefore we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For everyone still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour incl. vacation pay.
