We are now seeking summer substitutes for the Facility Maintenance Department.

About the Department

The Facility Maintenance Department is the municipality's central cleaning function within the Operations and Service Administration. The department is responsible for daily cleaning and periodic maintenance of the municipality's properties.

Job Responsibilities

As a summer substitute at the Facility Maintenance Department, you will work with facility maintenance in the municipality's operations, such as schools, preschools, offices, and other municipal premises.

The work primarily involves daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning toilets, and emptying trash cans. Periodic maintenance and deep cleaning may also be required.

You will work both independently and together with colleagues according to established cleaning routines. The job also includes handling cleaning machines and cleaning materials, as well as contributing to a clean and pleasant environment for the municipality's operations and visitors.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and has a sense of service. You should enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

To work with us, you need to:

• be at least 18 years old
• be able to understand and express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• be flexible and able to take personal responsibility for your tasks
• have good teamwork skills and a service-oriented approach

The work can be physically demanding, so it is important that you are in good physical condition.

Personal suitability is of great importance in this recruitment.

Merits

It is an advantage if you have:

• education in facility maintenance
• previous experience of cleaning work
• Class B driver's license
