Position: Janitor / Property Maintenance Officer

Employment Type: Full-time (100%)

Location: Linköping & Norrköping

Sky Hotel and Vander Apartments are seeking a responsible and handy Janitor who wants to be part of our team and contribute to keeping our properties in top condition. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and varied work environment with a strong service mindset.

Responsibilities:

As a Janitor, you will be a key person in our operations, responsible for daily practical tasks regarding the maintenance and care of our properties. You will work independently and handle a variety of tasks, such as:

• Maintenance of buildings, fixtures, and technical systems
• Repairing and addressing minor damages (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing doors, etc.)
• Handling deliveries and managing work orders
• Ensuring our premises maintain a high standard for guests and residents
• Collaborating with external contractors and suppliers when necessary
• Participating in preventive and emergency maintenance to avoid operational disruptions
• Helping to keep common areas such as stairwells and corridors clean and in good condition
• Assisting with apartment cleaning and supporting the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Requirements:

• Experience in practical work within maintenance and property management
• Good technical understanding and proficiency with tools
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to handle emergency situations
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
• Class B Driver's License (as work involves two locations)
