About the assignment

A family on Lidingö with 1 child, aged 6 months, is seeking help with childcare 3–4 times a week. The family needs help on weekdays during the day, as well as weekday evenings and weekends, roughly between 12:30 and 15:00. They are also flexible with days and times for date nights or emergency situations.

Since babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another primary occupation, such as studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we require a reasonable commute time to the family (we usually think of around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels right for all competence profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for everyone with a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
