We are currently seeking a Surface Finisher for exciting assignments at Alba Snickeri in Jönköping!

About the Role

As a Surface Finisher at Alba Snickeri, you will play a key role in production, responsible for applying and ensuring high-quality surface treatments on wood products. Your work includes sanding, priming and painting, varnishing, as well as quality control of the finished product.

You will collaborate closely with the production team to ensure all surfaces meet the company's high standards. The role also involves responsibility for the working environment and safety when handling chemicals, as well as contributing to improvement work and optimization of surface treatment processes.

We are looking for you who

To thrive and succeed in this role, we prefer that you have experience in surface finishing within carpentry, the wood industry, or similar operations. Furthermore, we look for:

• Experience in varnishing, painting, or other surface treatments of wood products.
• Good knowledge of different wood species and surface treatment materials.
• Secondary education or relevant technical training, or equivalent experience from working life.
• Ability to work carefully and structured with a high attention to detail.
• Experience in teamwork and following production routines and safety regulations.
