Job Description

The core assignment as a nursing assistant is to provide good individual care and service with the user's needs at the center, according to care decisions and implementation plans, with respect for the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. Create security, meaningfulness, and well-being based on a salutogenic perspective. We work according to the value system for elderly care: The elderly should live a dignified life and feel well-being. Tasks also include IT-based documentation and administration, as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

The position includes daytime, evening shifts, and weekends.

Qualifications

Completed Care and Welfare program with passing grades in character subjects, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Good computer skills. Since you will meet users, relatives, trainees, and colleagues, it is important that you have an interest in helping others and that you are calm, attentive, and communicative in your interactions. The position requires good teamwork skills, flexibility, independence, and the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions, as working alone is common. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Requirement for a B-class driver's license.
