ICA Kvantum Lillänge is looking for a pastry chef/baker for our newly built pastry shop in the store. Here we make cakes, pastries, desserts, cookies, etc...

You will also bake bread and buns in our store bakery.

You will work daytime, and some weekend work may occur in our pastry shop. We operate according to the Swedish grocery trade industry guidelines.

You enjoy order and structure, have a good ability to plan your and your colleagues' workdays together. As a team member, you appreciate guiding and collaborating with your colleagues, from beginners to experienced. We value strong collaboration and always strive for a positive work environment, where we support and help each other.

You have experience working with sustainability, raw material processing, love creating products from scratch, have an eye for quality, and can create that little extra. As an engaged team player, you contribute energy and positive engagement, always with the customer and colleagues in focus.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a pastry chef or baker
• Education in a relevant field
• Good knowledge of food hygiene
• Ability to plan and organize work effectively and in a structured manner
• Experience working according to Swedish grocery trade industry guidelines

Meritorious:

• Experience working with sustainable and seasonal raw materials
• Experience mentoring and leading others in production
• Knowledge of cost calculation and recipe development
• Experience with Store office and Min butik

Scope and start date for this position are according to agreement.
