About Us

Nynäs Castle is looking for café and service staff for Restaurant Nynäs and the hostel Bränneriet for the 2026 season. Nynäs Castle is a national and international tourist destination owned by Region Sörmland, where the hostel and restaurant are operated by Sörmlands Naturbruk. Sörmlands Naturbruk is a unique operation in educational and cultural environments with properties around castles and nature reserves, covering 3,800 hectares, making it the largest on the Sörmland coast.

Your Responsibilities

In the restaurant and hostel, you will take good care of our guests, and your tasks will include cash handling, check-in and check-out of guests, bookings, serving, food preparation, dishwashing, and cleaning. The pace can often be high in our operations, so it is important to be able to work independently and be solution-oriented. You also enjoy working in a team where you contribute to job satisfaction and good cooperation.

Your Competence

We prefer that you have previous experience in service and familiarity with café and hostel work. You always have the customer in focus and a genuine interest in service. You have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Employment Type

Fixed-term seasonal employment starting in June 2026. Start date by agreement.
