SUMMER JOBBERS WANTED IN FALKENBERG – OUTDOOR WORK IN A BEAUTIFUL ENVIRONMENT!

Do you want an active and varied summer job where you get to work outdoors? Boxflow is now looking for summer workers for a client in Falkenberg for the 2026 season! Here you will have the chance to work in a close-knit team with the cultivation and care of plants and seeds – a job where you can truly contribute to a greener future.

As a summer worker, you will be involved in planting, caring for, and maintaining crops both in greenhouses and in the fields. The work area extends from Varberg in the north to Laholm in the south, but you will always start from the facility in Falkenberg.

The seasonal work lasts for about 6 weeks with the possibility of extension for a few more weeks.

The season starts on April 7!

- Planting seedlings in greenhouses and fields

- Care and maintenance of crops to ensure high quality

- Weeding and other fieldwork, both manually and with machinery

- At least 18 years old

- B driver's license

- Detail-oriented and able to collaborate easily in a team

- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

- Experience in operating machinery or working in agriculture/gardening

- Tractor license is a significant advantage
