As a Warehouse & Logistics Employee at UniGraphics, you will play an important role in ensuring that materials and products flow smoothly between production, warehousing, and customers. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching orders, handling incoming deliveries, and ensuring that the warehouse is structured, clear, and functions efficiently in everyday life. The role also involves booking transports, checking deliveries, and ensuring that everything is correctly documented.

You will work closely with production and be an important part of making the whole operation work. If necessary, you will also support manufacturing, which creates variety in the work and gives you a good understanding of the entire operation. You will be part of a smaller team where collaboration is key, helping each other and together creating structure, order, and an efficient workflow.

We believe that you have at least a couple of years of experience working in warehousing and logistics or a similar role. You have good knowledge of Swedish and feel comfortable working with digital tools, such as Microsoft 365. If you have experience with different business systems, that is a plus – if you know Pyramid, we will be extra happy. A forklift license and a B driver's license are also advantageous.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and responsible. You take ownership of your work and ensure that things are done correctly. You thrive in a smaller team where collaboration is important and where everyone contributes to the whole. You are communicative and speak up if something is not right, while also being flexible and solution-oriented when the pace varies. Above all, you are someone who likes order and tidiness – and who wants to help create a warehouse that really works.

You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and create structure in daily work. With your experience from warehousing and logistics, you have a good grasp of flows, accuracy, and the importance of timely deliveries. You like to have order and tidiness around you and are happy to take the initiative to improve work methods. At the same time, you are a team player who appreciates a familiar atmosphere where everyone helps each other. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and flexible – and enjoy working in an environment where the pace can vary and no day is the same.
