The parishes of Härjedalen's pastorate are looking for seasonal workers for our cemeteries.

The Church of Sweden is a meeting place for people in various phases and situations of life. Härjedalen's pastorate consists of four parishes: Hedebygden Parish, Svegsbygden Parish, Tännäs-Ljusnedal Parish, and Ytterhogdal, Överhogdal, and Ängersjö Parish.

We are now seeking cemetery workers for the summer of 2026. As a seasonal worker, you contribute to making the cemetery a well-maintained and beautiful place that visitors appreciate. We can offer a pleasant, physical, and varied summer job where you have the opportunity to work outdoors, alongside others in a team. Tasks included in the employment are, among others, flower care, watering, lawn mowing, grass trimming, weed removal, and raking in the cemeteries. We are looking for employees for the teams in Ytterhogdal, Sveg, Funäsdalen, and Hede.

• You should enjoy working outdoors in all kinds of weather.
• You are responsible, meticulous, and service-oriented.
• You feel comfortable in the cemetery environment and have the ability to meet both visitors and colleagues with respect and understanding.
• Previous experience in green space maintenance is an advantage. Familiarity with machinery in the field is also beneficial.
• Work clothes will be provided.

Applicants for a seasonal position with us must be at least 18 years old, service-oriented, and have a sense of precision. We prefer candidates who are members of the Church of Sweden.

A driver's license (B) is required, and a personal vehicle is necessary.

Scope: Full-time/part-time

May-September/October
