Laholmshem is a property group owned by Laholm municipality and has about 120 employees.

They manage a total of 230,000 square meters of premises, half of which consist of 1,450 apartments, while the rest are management buildings such as schools, preschools, elderly homes, and group homes. Kommunfastigheter AB is a subsidiary of Laholmshem.

Thanks to political goals and strategic work, Laholm has a strong population growth that is expected to continue. Laholmshem therefore plays an important role in both managing and developing the existing property stock as well as building new housing and community properties.

About the position

Welcome to the cleaning department at Kommunfastigheter, where we proudly take care of the cleaning of all the premises in Laholm municipality. From schools and preschools to sports facilities, elderly homes, offices, city halls, and staircases in Laholmshem's rental buildings. With a team of about 60 employees who keep over 100 buildings clean daily, we strive to use modern working methods and test new technology to facilitate the work. Even cleaning robots are present as our helpful colleagues in some of our properties!

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to be a valuable part of our cleaning team and is ready to work as a part-time employee or summer substitute.

Our cleaning objects are spread throughout the municipality, so a requirement is that you have a driver's license and can start working at 05:30.

If you are a positive and flexible person who loves to be active and have customer contact, then you are exactly who we are looking for!

Meritorious qualifications:

• PRYL or SRY education, or equivalent cleaning education

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
