Cleaner/Custodian – Store Cleaning & Floor Care, Karlskrona

Exiso AB is looking for a meticulous and responsible cleaner for store cleaning and floor care machine cleaning in Karlskrona.

About the position

• Scope: FULL TIME
• Working hours: Scheduled work Sunday–Friday (or Monday to Saturday), starting at 05:00 in the morning. Split shifts may occur.
• Location: Karlskrona – you need to be able to get to the workplace early in the morning on your own as public transport may be difficult in the morning.
• Job duties: Cleaning in a store environment, handling floor care machines, and other cleaning tasks.

Requirements and qualities

• Experience in cleaning is a requirement
• Knowledge of operating combination/floor care machines
• Ability to read and understand instructions and communicate in Swedish
• Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility
• Attention to detail and independence – you see what needs to be done and ensure high quality
• Good teamwork skills and service orientation – you work in a store environment where customers and staff are present
