At our company, the workdays are varied, and we are looking for someone who wants to contribute to the entire operation. The role combines creative work at the computer with practical moments in production as well as contact with customers via phone and email.

Part of the work is done at the computer where you will sketch products, manage orders and purchases, update our websites with products, and maintain ongoing contact with customers and suppliers via email and phone. You will also be involved in production, which includes printing and embroidery on clothing/caps as well as packing.

We are looking for someone who has an interest in digital creation and is proficient in Adobe Illustrator and working with vector files, as sketching is part of the role. At the same time, it is important that you enjoy practical tasks and help in production — we will teach you the embroidery and printing processes on-site.

Our requirements:

- Knowledge of working in Adobe Illustrator and with vector files

- High school diploma

- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Basic English in speech and writing

- Have a B driver's license or AM license

- Can work independently and alone

- You must write “CAP” somewhere in the email subject line when applying for the position

- Be comfortable talking to customers, both by phone and email

- Can handle time pressure

- Is meticulous and organized

- Follow instructions and be willing to learn new things

- Good physical condition/heavy lifting may occur

Meritorious:

- If you have an interest in motors/construction

- Photo/Film skills

- Knowledge of Social Media

- Be a cap enthusiast

- Enjoy selling (or curious to learn)

- Graphic design

- Knowledge of Facebook/Google Ads

- Knowledge of WordPress/Woo-Commerce

- Printing and large format printing

- Installation of vehicle decor/wall decor etc.
