We are looking for a dedicated and responsible driver based in Anderstorp. The position includes a 6-month probationary period, which will transition to a permanent employment.  The workday is characterized by variation. Some work is done independently where quick, rational problem-solving and the ability to make decisions are important,  while also collaborating with colleagues, planning, and customer contacts in case of deviations or special assignments. Safety and order are central to the role: keeping vehicles and equipment in good condition, following and reporting deviations is a natural part of the job.  Since on-call duty is included, you may need to be available for interventions outside normal working hours according to an agreed on-call model.  The position is aimed at those who enjoy variation in pace — some periods are calmer and planned, while others require quick adjustments and prioritization.  We prefer that you are a quick learner, meticulous, and responsible, and have a good ability to work independently.  Previous experience in similar assignments is advantageous, and having ADR basic is a plus. • CE license (required)
• Probationary employment for 6 months
