About the role

As a Cleaner, you and your colleagues play an important role in being responsible for the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the Armed Forces' premises. It is an advantage if you are trained in floor care.

The position is full-time, and we may also seek part-time employees at a lower working rate.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and takes initiative. You thrive in the role of a company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you are responsive to the customer's needs. You easily build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in groups.

We prefer that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language. A high school education is a requirement.

About the Swedish Armed Forces

The Swedish Armed Forces is a Swedish authority responsible for the country's defense. Therefore, there is a requirement for Swedish citizenship for positions performed within the Armed Forces' operations. Furthermore, the position involves placement in a security class, which means that a security screening with a background check will be conducted before employment.
