Quality and service are your guiding principles! The position requires flexibility while you must be able to work structured both towards employees and customers. You are responsible for the daily operations:

-customer contact

-quality controls

-upselling

-planning schedules and staff

-responsibility for materials

-deviation management (handle and follow up deviations)

-time reporting of salaries.

-ensure the quality of work and be responsible for the work environment

Furthermore, you master the Swedish language in speech and writing and have good computer skills (especially Microsoft Office package). You have social competence and communication skills to lead teams and engage customers along with strong leadership qualities.
