We are now looking for a leading assembler for exciting assignments at Purac in Kungsbacka!

About the position

As a leading assembler at Purac, you will play a central role in their projects, where you are responsible for leading, planning, and executing assembly, repairs, and stainless steel welding for customers. Your work also includes service and maintenance of machinery as well as renovations of piping systems.
You will act as the project manager's right hand and have direct contact with customers to plan and carry out work effectively.
In addition, you will be responsible for material purchases, obstacle management, construction diaries, and changes to the original agreement, as well as coordinating subcontractors and their work efforts.
An important part of the role is to conduct risk analyses and act as the safety coordinator, while also participating in construction meetings and ensuring that self-checks and inspections are carried out to the highest standards.

We are looking for someone who

To thrive and succeed in this role, we would like you to have experience in a leading role within industry, water management, or similar operations. Furthermore, we would like you to have:

• Experience in assembly and service work within industry or water management is a requirement.
• Experience in conducting risk analyses is a requirement.
• High school education or technical training, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience.
• Experience working in teams and managing rapid changes.
• Be structured and responsible.
