Returns Receiver at Skanska Rental in Upplands Väsby

Skanska Rental AB is a subsidiary of Skanska Sverige AB and operates throughout Sweden. They rent out all necessary machines, cranes, cabins, and other equipment to Skanska Sverige as well as external customers. They assist customers from establishment to completion of projects while creating efficient, safe, and green workplaces.

We are now looking for a Returns Receiver at Skanska Rental in Upplands Väsby!

About the position

The position is located in the Rentals logistics department in Upplands Väsby. As a returns receiver at Rental, you will work closely with your seven colleagues to manage the inbound and outbound delivery of Rental's products. Initially, the focus will be on returns reception/inbound delivery, but over time the goal is for you to work with all parts of logistics. You will use your hands and often a forklift to receive goods from trucks, and you will work with loading and unloading as well as basic inspection of products before they are stored.

The position is part of our rental operations, and the plan is for you to be offered a permanent position with the customer after a period of renting.

Qualifications

As a person, you are solution-oriented and not afraid to pitch in when needed. A keen eye for what needs to be done and a natural sense of order are important for this position. It is essential to emphasize that the position requires good physical fitness and a habit of working outdoors regardless of the weather. To get started in the job, basic IT skills and knowledge of power tools are required, either from work or personal experience.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in returns reception/inbound delivery or similar work. You may also have experience in earthworks and construction, the construction industry in general, or experience in loading/unloading trucks to be considered for this position.

• As part of the job involves basic inspection of tools and machines, a technical interest is required.
• A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement for the position.
• Collaboration with colleagues, other departments, and suppliers requires excellent knowledge of Swedish.

Desirable

A forklift license (B1-B4) is desirable and will otherwise be offered in connection with employment. If you have previous experience working with construction machinery, we see it as a strong advantage!
