Job Advertisement: Care Assistant/Support Staff for Private Home Care

We are now looking for dedicated and flexible care assistants/support staff for our home care service in Mölndal. The position is a temporary part-time job over the summer of 2026, with the possibility of extension, and we are looking for a team player who has their heart in the right place and enjoys working both independently and in a team. Experience in care and support is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform care work according to delegation.
• Receive and administer medication and insulin (delegation required).
• Provide personal care to our clients.
• Work both independently and together with colleagues.
• Contribute to maintaining a good work environment and strong teamwork.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a driver's license (required).
• Has very good Swedish in speech and writing.
• Is meticulous, solution-oriented, and flexible.
• Is a team player and can work both independently and in a group.
• Has good communication skills and an empathetic attitude.
• Is willing to receive delegation and perform medical tasks such as medication and insulin.
