Moberg Bil is not only Gothenburg's largest independent player in the buying and selling of used cars – we are also one of Sweden's top 10 in the industry. With a new facility on the way and aiming for a billion in revenue, we are stepping on the gas. Now we are expanding our team further and together with Oddwork, we are looking for you who want to roll into the role of our next Tire Technician!

About the role You will be responsible for tire changes, tire replacements, and ensuring that the cars rolling in and out of the hall are properly equipped on the tire side and ready for delivery. You create work orders, plan your own time, keep track of the calendar, pick up incoming jobs, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. This is a craft where your eye for condition and details makes a difference; when worn tires need to be replaced or rims require extra care, it is you who makes the decision.

You will also drive the daily operations in our tire hotel. There, you will receive and log tires, conduct inventory, and ensure that surplus is managed, written off, or sold. The role requires structure, initiative, and independent work, but you always have the sales team close at hand when needed.

About you We are looking for someone who can turn a wheel as naturally as you keep track of order in the tire hotel. You are driven, structured, and know that it is the details that make the difference: tread depth, balance, the feeling when everything is right. You have a natural drive to get things done, take responsibility for your flow, and thrive when things are running smoothly. But this is more than just tires and tasks. You ensure that we move forward, with both teamwork and high standards as fuel.

• Experience in tire changing and tire management

• Used to working independently and making your own decisions

• Computer skills and administrative ability

• Driving license B

• Fluent in Swedish and good English
