Do you want to take the next step in your career in remediation and combine practical work with leadership? We are now looking for a lead remediation technician who wants to help develop our business.

The position is a combined role where you will both work operationally in the field and have a leadership function. You will work closely with our operations manager and jointly be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing our remediation technicians. As we grow, you will also be involved in planning and coordination for one of our sister companies that primarily works with garage cleaning and snow removal.

Our main areas of work are:

• Facade cleaning
• Graffiti removal
• Roof cleaning
• Cleaning of environmental rooms

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the daily work together with the operations manager
• Distribute tasks and follow up on completed work
• Perform remediation work in the field
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and a good working environment
• Participate in planning work within the sister company's operations (garage cleaning and snow removal)

Qualifications and requirements

• Driving license B (manual transmission)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in facade cleaning, graffiti removal, or roof cleaning
