Leadership in Warehousing – Become a Working Team Leader in Rosersberg

As a working team leader with our client in Rosersberg, you will be responsible for ensuring that the workflow runs smoothly while being involved in the daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role where you will lead, coach, and work practically side by side with your team. We are looking for someone who sees the power of collaboration and wants to help create a positive work environment.

Job Responsibilities – Logistics and Warehousing with Team Responsibility

• Lead, coach, and motivate a small team in the daily operations of the warehouse
• Distribute tasks and ensure that daily goals are met
• Actively work with picking, packing, restocking, forklift driving, and inventory
• Introduce and train new employees
• Ensure order and cleanliness and create a safe work environment
• Participate in improvement work regarding processes and safety

About You – Valuable Qualities as a Working Team Leader in Warehousing Rosersberg

• You have previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar operations
• You are passionate about leading, supporting, and motivating others in the team
• You enjoy collaborating and have a coaching leadership style
• You are solution-oriented, organized, and take responsibility for planning and prioritizing your workday
• You are a positive role model and contribute to a good team spirit
• You enjoy combining administration with practical warehouse work

We place great importance on the right attitude, engagement, and the desire to develop together with others. Previous team leader experience and a forklift license are advantageous but not required.

Requirements and Desired Qualifications – Work as a Team Leader in Warehousing Rosersberg

• Good Swedish and preferably English in spoken and written form
• Positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, for example, in order management systems or Excel
• Advantageous: Forklift license and/or previous leadership or mentoring experience
