Experienced Cleaning Supervisor Wanted in Stockholm

We are looking for an engaged, driven, and experienced supervisor for cleaning services in Stockholm. A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a supervisor in cleaning services is required.
Your tasks involve significant responsibility where you will lead cleaning staff, schedule shifts, and find substitutes. You will also have customer contact and manage quality controls, quality reports, and follow-ups.
The supervisor is responsible for several projects and areas as well as the personnel within these areas, approximately 40 staff members. This also means that the supervisor is responsible for the entire production and service, material orders, and material management, as well as the overall planning and organization of cleaning in the area.
The job requires the person to have a B driver's license.
SRY certificate or equivalent is a requirement.
Competence requirements
The supervisor must:
- Have basic education at the high school level, a driver's license, and industry experience.
- Be driven, results-oriented, have a team spirit, and the ability to speak/express themselves well in front of a group.
- Have high social competence.
- Be familiar with different cleaning methods, products, tools, floor care, and window cleaning.
- Be familiar with the collective agreement.
- Have knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 occupational health and safety, and INSTA 800.
- Have basic computer skills.
