Workshop Employee – Sheet Metal

We are currently looking for experienced workshop employees in sheet metal, industry, and production. Our client specializes in sheet metal and metal work, primarily ceilings and facades, with a strong focus on design, function, and custom solutions.

This is a position with a varied and practical role where you will work with shearing, bending, and assembly in close collaboration with colleagues. The workplace is located in Tyresö.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and operate CNC machines
• Bending of sheet metal
• Assembly using various techniques such as riveting, screwing, and pop riveting
• Handling of hand tools and measuring instruments
• Packaging on pallets for national and international transport
• Work according to production drawings and work orders in our business system Monitor ERP
• Collaborate with colleagues in production to ensure high quality and delivery precision

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Industry experience and background in similar work
• Basic drawing reading and measurement understanding
• Forklift license (required)
• Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form
• Experience with hand tools, measuring tools, and assembly techniques
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Meritorious:

• Welding skills
• Experience working from production drawings
• Familiarity with using Monitor ERP or similar business systems
