As a summer substitute at Gränna Home Care, you will work to provide individually tailored and personal care and support to our customers. Your tasks include performing everyday activities such as walks, cleaning, cooking, escorting, and personal hygiene. We work to strengthen and support the individual's own abilities based on needs and wishes. Your role as a summer substitute is important as you provide support for the individual in their daily life and offer both personalized care and social stimulation - always with the individual in focus.

You do not need any previous experience in care work, but what we value highly is that you have a strong curiosity for the care profession and enjoy meeting and helping people.

Requirements for the position are that you speak and write fluent Swedish as you will need to communicate with citizens, relatives, and colleagues, as well as be able to write and read notes in your daily work. For the position, you must be able to cycle, and it is desirable if you also have a B driver's license.

Good to know
The recruitment concerns summer substitutes. Your working hours are full-time or according to agreement during the day, evening, both weekdays and weekends. Our holiday period extends from week 25 to 34. We prefer that you who are applying can work continuously for at least 6 weeks or longer during the holiday period.
