Work in home care is conducted during days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

We also work according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines regarding dementia, emphasizing the importance of collaboration. We have a close partnership with home healthcare and home rehabilitation.

You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as we document in Life Care Mobile Care.

Temporary employees for home care in Nykvarn this summer

If you haven't found a summer job yet and want to work to make a difference, we are looking for you who are quality-conscious and want to work in home care with people in regular housing during the holiday period, from June to August 2025. We assist about 200 care recipients with support at home. We respond to about 190 security alarms.

In your work with us as a nursing assistant/care aide, you will work based on what services customers have been approved for. This may include support in personal care, assistance during meals, cleaning, and walks. You will document in the journal system. We work with a contact person system where the contact person has overall responsibility for a number of individuals.

We have high demands on our employees' personal suitability regarding responsibility, flexibility, and initiative.

Nykvarn Municipality is a Finnish administrative area, and we consider it an asset if you speak Finnish.

Requirements:

We are looking for you who

• have a driver's license for a passenger car
• have experience working as a nursing assistant/care aide in elderly care
• can work during the holiday period from June to August, or part of that period.

Meritorious:

• experience with documentation in journal systems
