We are looking for a meticulous, persistent, and goal-oriented CNC operator who enjoys repetitive tasks and long series. The role suits you if you are driven, work systematically, and contribute to maintaining high production quality.

• Operate CNC lathes according to drawings and work orders, focusing on repeatability in long series.

• Perform series production with high precision and maintain stable processes over time.

• Measure details with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, measuring machines, etc.) and document results according to quality routines.

• Conduct daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and report deviations to ensure machine availability.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure delivery, quality, and efficient production setup.

• Participate in continuous improvement of processes, fixtures, and tools, and contribute ideas for increased efficiency.

• Documented experience working with CNC milling and/or CNC turning in a production environment, preferably with long series.

• Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances accurately.

• Experience in measurement technology and quality control.

• Technical understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Strength in performing monotonous work with endurance and focus on quality.

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Formal CNC training or experience is an advantage.
