Job Description

Do you have an eye for detail, enjoy working with your hands, and want to be part of a wonderful team? At Randstad, we are currently looking for motivated assemblers for upcoming assignments with our clients around the Stockholm area. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or have previous production experience, your attitude is what matters most to us!

About the role

As an assembler, you will work on assembling components into finished products. The work often takes place at a station or along a line, where you follow drawings or instructions to ensure the highest quality. Your tasks may include:

  • Assembly of components (mechanical, fine assembly, or machine assembly).
  • Handling of hand tools and technical equipment.
  • Quality control of the parts you assemble.
  • Collaboration with colleagues to meet production targets.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and gets energized by seeing a concrete result from your work. As a person, you are meticulous, punctual, and thrive in an environment where the pace can sometimes be high. We would like you to:

  • Have a technical interest and be comfortable using tools.
  • Be able to read and follow instructions in Swedish.
  • Be a good team player who spreads positive energy.
  • Previous experience in industry or warehousing is a plus, but not a requirement – we value your potential!

Employment type and working hours: Full-time, temporary for 6 months with a chance of extension. It is important that you, as a consultant, are open to different types of shifts and working hours.
