The Assignment

We at Libera are now looking for new colleagues for the role of warehouse worker at Dahl's new warehouse in Bålsta. We are targeting both those who have previous experience in logistics operations as well as those with a background in another industry who are curious about a career in one of the world's most expansive areas – logistics.

As a warehouse employee at Dahl, you will be responsible together with your colleagues for incoming deliveries, order picking, and loading. The work involves some classic tasks such as forklift driving and physical labor, but also less physical tasks such as monitoring the flow and the robots present in your department. Your responsibilities include:

• Registration of incoming goods in the business system
• Checking delivery against the delivery note
• Picking and packing
• Process monitoring in the automated logistics flow
• Assisting in replenishing incoming goods, internal forklift transports
• Meeting set goals, both personal and group goals

Working hours are mainly during the day (Mon-Fri), but there is also the possibility of a schedule that is set in the afternoon/evening.

Since a large part of the operation is automated, we would like you to have a technical interest and be quick to learn new systems and processes. If you have a forklift license, we see it as an advantage; otherwise, forklift training will take place before starting. We also welcome candidates with previous experience in warehouse or production work, as well as experience in other technical professions and retail/service jobs.
