• Operate and set up CNC milling machines and CNC lathes according to drawings and work orders

• Perform series production and single-piece manufacturing with precision and repeatability

• Read, interpret, and measure details using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, measuring machines, etc.)

• Program and optimize CNC programs, make simple program changes and parameter settings.

• Perform machine maintenance, daily inspections, and report deviations.

• Collaborate within the production team to ensure delivery, quality, and efficiency.

• Participate in improvement work for processes, tools, and production setups.

• Documented experience with CNC milling and CNC turning in a production environment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances accurately.

• Experience in measurement technology and quality control.

• Basic mechanical understanding and experience with machine maintenance.

• Flexibility to work in two shifts.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you have CNC training, experience with specific control systems (e.g., Mazak, Siemens, Nakamura), or previous experience in setting up tools and fixtures.

You are meticulous, structured, and take responsibility for quality in your work. You work well both independently and in a team, have a problem-solving attitude, and actively contribute to improvement work. Safety, punctuality, and a positive attitude are important qualities.

The position is full-time and scheduled for two shifts. The initial employment form may be temporary with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person. We are conducting ongoing selection and interviews, so please send your application as soon as possible.
