Team Leader Wanted at Solkraft Rosengård

When people receive the right support in the workplace, a lot can change. Therefore, we are now looking for a secure and dedicated team leader for Solkraft Rosengård, where we together create functional everyday life and new opportunities.

The mission of Solkraft is primarily to increase the quality of life for individuals who are outside the labor market and are organized under the social office and adult care unit. By breaking social exclusion, creating social cohesion, and promoting independence, we support individuals towards work, employment, or self-sufficiency.

YOUR ROLE

As a team leader at Solkraft Rosengård, you play a central role in creating structure, direction, and engagement in daily work. You lead workgroups within our service assignments and are a present leader who combines operational work with planning and follow-up.

Your responsibilities include organizing and leading daily work, ensuring that assignments are carried out with good quality, and supporting participants in their work rehabilitation. You work closely with participants and contribute to a safe and developing work environment.

You are also responsible for administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, implementation plans, and coordination of study visits. The role means that you both lead and participate in practical work, making everyday life varied and meaningful.

In your work, you will have contact with clients, customers, supervisors, and collaborate closely with other team leaders within Solkraft.

Your workplace is in Degerbyn with working hours from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. During the summer period, weekend work may occur related to the maintenance of the farm. Since the operation includes both a garden center and a dog daycare, we prefer that you have an interest in gardening, outdoor environments, and animals.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone with a high school education and experience in leadership. You are confident in the role of team leader and can create structure and engagement within the workgroup.

It is an advantage if you have experience in social work, work rehabilitation, or service assignments in outdoor environments, gardening, cultivation, and small animals. You need to have the physical capabilities required to participate in and guide practical tasks such as outdoor work, gardening, light lifting, movement during the workday, and working with furry animals.

You express yourself clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have good administrative skills. You use digital tools fluently and have an easy time learning new systems.

With experience in meeting people in different life situations, you can adapt your support to the participant's needs. In a clear and supportive manner, you help participants on their path to work or employment. Experience in conflict management is a plus.

As a person, you are collaborative, secure, and solution-oriented. In challenging situations, you treat people with respect, create good relationships, and work in a structured manner. You thrive in a role where you help others create functional routines and a sustainable work life.

A driver's license (B) is a requirement for the position.

YOUR NEW WORKPLACE

Solkraft Rosengård is a work rehabilitation operation where we strive to create opportunities, structure, and development for people. We run a garden center, dog daycare, and perform service assignments for municipal operations. About 50 participants work here together with a deputy unit manager and four team leaders. We are a team characterized by collaboration, respect, and a strong commitment to people's development. You will be based in Rosengård at Spårgatan 1 in Degerbyn.

GOOD TO KNOW

We recruit based on competence and focus on your experience, knowledge, and potential. Instead of a personal letter, you will answer some selection questions and attach an updated CV. Psychological tests are used as part of the recruitment process.
