In the position of nursing assistant, you will work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and being there for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure that all our residents can live life to the fullest. This can involve everything from chatting, playing games, going on outings, cycling, or engaging in fun activities together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several part-time colleagues for a permanent position with a probationary period at an employment rate of 80%.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

We also consider previous experience in elderly care and dementia care as an advantage.

To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at building good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, you work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
