Centralsjukhuset Kristianstad (CSK) is the emergency hospital of northeastern Skåne. Here, emergency care is provided around the clock by qualified and dedicated staff. CSK has the resources of a large hospital and the closeness and community of a smaller hospital. The hospital offers residents in the catchment area care with short waiting times across all specialties. We are approximately 2600 employees.

The Urology and Vascular Surgery Department is part of the Surgical Operations Area (VO) Surgery. The ward has 26 beds tailored for patients being treated for urological and vascular surgical diseases.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome three new nursing assistants to join our dedicated and knowledgeable team. In addition to direct patient work, all staff are also involved in development and improvement work in our units. Our goal is always to start from the patient's needs, and we strive for close teamwork where tasks are integrated and staff complement each other.

The Urology and Vascular Surgery Department is continuously evolving, and we are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in people and enjoys new challenges in a changing organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a focus on emergency care/healthcare according to the previous program structure or within the new program structure with all specializations. You who apply meet the requirements of the National Board of Health and Welfare for a protected professional title, regardless of whether you studied according to the previous or current program structure. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are a prerequisite for the position. If you have a few years of practical experience working as a nursing assistant, it is an advantage. Additionally, we would like you to have experience working in a surgical department.

As a person, you are good at planning and organizing your work in advance and have the ability to prioritize in acute situations. Furthermore, you are meticulous, secure, and stable, and you consider patients based on their different needs. It is important that you have a professional attitude towards both patients and relatives. We want you, just like us, to value a job characterized by personal responsibility, participation, commitment, and good cooperation between colleagues and the immediate manager. Great emphasis is therefore placed on personal suitability. There is an opportunity to apply for the position as a temporary position.
