We at Trumbäcken in Piteå are now looking for a property caretaker/ property technician to become part of our operations team.

Your new job

As a property technician/caretaker with us, you will have a varied job with great breadth and variation. The tasks you will primarily encounter are;

- Corrective maintenance.

- Rounds and supervision with reporting in digital systems

- Repairs and maintenance in apartments as well as in our areas

- Move-out inspections

For those with the will and ability to work independently and drive projects, the job may also involve working on smaller projects where you are responsible for coordination between different technical areas.

Who are you?

We would like you to be a person who has experience or interest in property maintenance and property technology. You are quick to learn and possess general technical knowledge in several different technical areas. We do not expect you to be an expert in a specific area but value good variation.

Since there is a large part of independent work, we appreciate you having good problem-solving skills. We would like you to have a sense of quality and precision in the tasks you perform and have the ability to plan and organize your work effectively.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

- Experience or documented knowledge of property maintenance.

- Technical knowledge in relevant areas such as electricity, water, heating, and installation.

- Experience or interest in construction.

- Language skills beyond Swedish, preferably English.

Driver's license for vehicles beyond passenger cars.

Requirements

Since you will handle cases on your own in our digital help systems and meet our tenants in our areas, it is required that you have

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

B driver's license

Relatively good computer skills, at a level where you can handle reporting and communication.
