As part of your employment, you will receive work clothes, a name badge, and an ID card that must be worn during working hours. The clothes should be kept intact, clean, and well-maintained to provide a uniform and professional impression.

The Assignment

Main tasks:

• Cleaning in the municipality's premises
• Ordering materials
• Documentation
• Managing and recording your own working hours

Challenges and Opportunities

This is a varied job where you need to be flexible; some days you may need to travel to several different locations to perform cleaning. This can sometimes happen with short notice, which means that days may need to be reprioritized. So if you are good at problem-solving and can handle stress, you will fit well in this role.

With us, the workday starts early – between 05:30 and 06:30, depending on the assignment. This means you need to be someone who enjoys starting the day before the sun rises, is punctual, and ready to take responsibility from the first hour. The early start also gives you the opportunity to make the most of the day and finish earlier than many others.

What You Need to Bring

Requirements:

• You have a driver's license and access to your own car (compensation is provided)
• You need to have current experience in cleaning (max 10 years back) and/or SRY/PRYL training

For you to thrive and succeed in the role with us, it is important that you have a good sense of service. You take responsibility for your tasks, show initiative, and are solution-oriented. Collaboration is a natural part of the job, which is why we are looking for someone who has good teamwork skills and contributes to a positive work environment. We also see that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good reading comprehension.

Meritorious:

We value that you are meticulous, social, and have an interest in developing. You need to be able to work independently with good quality in a dynamic environment where changes can happen quickly. In the job, you will use a tablet, and we therefore wish that you can handle email and apps without difficulty. We are looking for someone who has good physical capacity and enjoys an active job.
